Grammont Group holds a number of brownfield sites whose location favours redevelopment for residential and mixed-use purposes. Grammont Group seeks change of use permission with a focus on sustainable design, and implements either alone or with like-minded partners to deliver a result of strong mutual benefit.

Grammont Group started with residential property development in North West London in 1972. The first investments entailed the conversion of houses into multiple dwellings to hold as buy-to-let assets. In the early 90s, this expanded to the development of blocks of adjoining terraced houses into flats for sale.
